Circuit Pilates
The best of MAT Pilates combined with aerobics. Participants are sure to burn calories with this class!
Mat Pilates
Set your core on fire with Mat Pilates! Â A major emphasis in this class is placed on helping you develop a strong and stable core.
Circuit Reformer
Just like the Circuit Pilates class, this combines Pilates on the STOTT reformers (these are the Rolls Royce of Pilates machines), Mat and aerobics in one intense result producing program*. Join the first facility to apply the circuit training model to Pilates on the reformers. Now there is an affordable way to do Pilates on reformers! *To be eligible to take part in this class, you must first purchase and participate in an Intro Plus 3 package.
AM Circuit Class

BODYPUMP™
BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.
