Jared Wexell
Jared graduated from Northern Illinois University in 2009 with a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Preventative and Rehabilitative Exercise Science. He is a Level II certified trainer with Athletic Republic and is also CPR/AED and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross.
Jared was a stand-out athlete for Galva High School in football, basketball, and track. As a three year starter at defensive back and running back, he amassed over 2,000 rushing and 10 career interceptions as well as being named All-LTC at both positions as a junior and senior. As a two year starting point guard and three year letter winner in basketball, he led his team to a 21-7 record as a senior and was named to the All Conference team. On the track, Jared was a conference champion and state qualifier in the long jump, 4x100 M, and 4x200 M relays his senior year, as well as champion of the Long Jump in the Peoria Star Honor Roll meet.
